CTS Level 1 OC Omni-Stream™- 360° Performance MK-3, MK-4, MK-9  Level 1 OC Spray has the effect of moderate heat. The low capsaicin concentration (0.18% major capsaicinoids) has the benefit of the quick decontamination and minimal risk of injury.  The Omni-Stream line of aerosols from Combined Systems features a bag on valve (BOV) delivery system and sleeker look and feel. The benefit of the BOV system allows the operator to hold the can at any orientation and get consistent stream performance.
